Please bring your yoga mat, three mexican blankets (four if you have knee problems) a strap and two wooden blocks when attending classes.

Please note : This class is open to you even if you have never done yoga before. This class is not open to the general public, it is only for those battling and recovering from Alcoholism, Drugs and HIV/AIDS.
